Alena Willi holds a Master degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Zurich. She has implemented digital transformation projects at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience (UX) as a project manager and business analyst. Alena has built up and applied in-depth knowledge of Design Thinking in various client projects during and after her studies.
