Andrea holds a doctorate from ETH Zurich in management and a master’s degree in international business from the University of St Andrews. In her prior work experience in consulting, Andrea contributed to the design of a new digital strategy for an insurance company and supported the implementation of a new core system at a reinsurance. She is enthusiastic about understanding the impact of changes in IT systems on human behavior.
