Pascal studied Business Administration and International Relations at University of St. Gallen (HSG). In his career he worked with Accenture, Clariden Leu Private Bank and UBS AG in Switzerland and Singapore in different program management roles.
Pascal has extensive experience in target operating model design, business process engineering, organizational change management, and project management. He has a deep front-to-back understanding of both retail and private banking processes.
