Bernard Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. He has more than 18 years of experience working extensively with leading Private Banking and Wealth Management institutions on business transformation agendas from conceptualization to execution. His areas of expertise include client experience and advisory processes, core banking, target operating model definition and regulatory tax implementation. Bernard started his career in the financial industry and held various role at OCBC, Citi, UBS, BNP Paribas before moving into consulting. His last role was an Organisation Design specialist with a leading financial institution.
