After his education as a banker, Hans-Peter Schmidt graduated in Business Administration from the University “Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik” in Reutlingen, Germany. Thereafter he worked five years with the business consultancy Accenture, where he managed several large projects with financial institutions focussing on portfolio management. It was in the year 2001 when Hans-Peter Schmidt, together with two partners, founded the business consulting firm finalix AG.
