About
Desiree Xu holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London. She spent the first ten years of her career working in the private wealth management industry, working with regional and foreign banks in Singapore and Hong Kong. Desiree worked with several consulting firms in Singapore before moving to Myanmar, where she was able to apply her knowledge on banking operations as Chief Operating Officer of a Fintech startup. Her experience includes business and technology transformation projects, target operating model and process definition and change management across front, middle and back office operations. Desiree joined finalix Singapore in July 2021.
